Google Font Directory & API

With the faster adoption of CSS and the @font-face style, web developers are no longer limited to the standard "web-safe" fonts like Arial, Verdana, and Georgia. @font-face allows developers to embed fonts into their websites to be displayed across different pages. However, @font-face can cause some headaches with licensing restrictions imposed by type foundries. To help alleviate this problem, Google has released a number of open-source fonts that can be embedded in your website using the Google Font API. The fonts are hosted on Google servers as well, so there's no need to download them and upload them to your servers. A site to preview the fonts is here. [Google Font Directory]
